Victorian Gems are small, luxurious, hand-blown glass Christmas balls that always add lots of colourful, nostalgic charm to a Christmas tree. Each little clear glass bauble has been painted with a swirl of rich colour (top and bottom of the ball) and then in the narrow, clear glass central panel that wraps around the middle of the ball, our craftsmen have painted various intricate patterns. Actually, on Victorian gems, we allow our craftsmen to “have a play around” and create their own ornate patterns. Therefore, you will often find a totally unique Victorian Gem or designs will vary from ball to ball.
Victorian Gems are available in gold, red, green and blue with gold highlights. We also offer a clear/silver option for those customers who always love to decorate their tree with muted, silver ornaments.
At Christmas fairs, we tend to display Victorian Gems in large glass bowls and shiny dishes. Customers love carefully picking through the different designs and selecting their own personal favourite. So often our adorable, little Victorian Gems move grown adults to declare, “I feel like a child choosing in a sweet shop!”

To care for Victorian Gems, simply wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth and wrap in tissue paper or bubble-wrap to store.
