We hope you love the products we’ve hand-picked for the Ideal Home Show Shop as much as we do! However, in the unlikely event that you wish to return an item purchased through our Ideal Home Show Shop, you can do so up to 7 working days after delivery.
From the day after you receive your order, you have 7 working days to decide whether to keep the item or return it for a full refund. If you do wish to return the item, it will need to be returned back to the seller. The company address details can be found on your Order Confirmation Email.
Once the item has been received by the seller, we will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the item by crediting the payment back to your card.
In order for us to provide a refund, any item returned must be in original packaging and in a saleable condition. If the item does not get back to the supplier in a salable condition, you may not be entitled to a full refund. We recommend that you use a registered postal service and retain proof of postage.
Please note that you are responsible for any costs involved from the return of goods unless you receive faulty goods. If you return a faulty item, please notify the supplier within 30 days and they will refund you the cost of the returns postage.
Returning large furniture
Upon delivery of large furniture including any item ordered from the following categories: bedroom furniture, living room furniture, hall furniture and garden furniture you must inspect the goods within a reasonable time period.
The quickest and easiest way to arrange your return is by contacting the supplier directly. Contact details can be found on your Order Confirmation email. If you wish to reject the goods you must notify the supplier within 7 days. If our supplier has received no notification of rejection after the 7 day period, we shall consider the goods to be of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose. Rejection maybe be declined thereafter.
This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning personalised products
Anything that is specially made or ordered with your choice of name, fabric, message or any other customised aspect that makes it unique to you is non resellable and cannot be returned. However, should you be unhappy with your purchase please contact us and we can see what we can do.
