At the Ideal Home Show Shop you are able to order products from a range of our certified suppliers. Once your order has been completed and confirmed by email, your details are automatically forwarded on to the relevant supplier for direct dispatch or delivery.
Contact details for the supplier dispatching or delivering your order can be found in your Order Confirmation email. Should you have any queries about your order or wish to cancel or return your order you will be able to contact the seller directly. This is the quickest and easiest way to answer any queries or make any amendments to your order, however you are also able to contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will also be happy to assist.
The estimated delivery time and shipping cost will depend on the product and the seller and will be as published on this website. Please note that if you have ordered multiple items from different suppliers they may be delivered separately. Smaller items in most cases will be dispatched via a First Class or standard postal service and so tracking information may not be available.
Should there be any delays, we will contact you as soon as possible. While we will make every reasonable endeavour to ensure all orders are fulfilled within the estimated timescales specified on this website, we regret that we are unable to accept liability or responsibility for delays or cancellations to the delivery caused by the manufacturer, supplier, or any other third party that are beyond our control.
Delivery of large furniture
Large furniture including any item ordered from the following categories: bedroom furniture, living room furniture, hall furniture and garden furniture will be delivered by courier to mainland UK destinations only. For most orders, up-to-date information as to the delivery status and the location of your purchased goods will be available from the supplier directly.
Our suppliers will endeavour to arrange a delivery date and time to suit you, within reason, prior to the goods being despatched. To this end you will be contacted by the supplier directly.
Please note that it is important to ensure there is sufficient access for your delivery to take place safely. The delivery team have the right to cancel the delivery if safety is compromised. Deliveries are generally made in a large van or lorry, so please check that your property has the appropriate accessibility for this type of vehicle.
Delivery staff are required by law to wear protective footwear at all times. As they are not allowed to remove this footwear, we strongly advise that customers make any necessary provision to protect their flooring. We cannot accept responsibility for any marks or damage that may inadvertently be caused by delivery staff during the normal course of their work
In the event that our supplier is unable to complete an arranged delivery because there is no suitable person available to accept delivery, the goods will be returned to the supplier and you may be liable for the cost of re-delivery.
